TAV Vacuum Furnaces
TAV Vacuum Furnaces specialises in the design and manufacture of vacuum furnaces and offers a wide range of sizes of equipment for a variety of different applications including vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering.
TAV vacuum furnaces can operate with vacuum levels down to 1E-7 mbar, with pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures up to 2,500°C.
Over 1000 TAV vacuum furnaces are currently operating in 40 countries around the world by the most prestigious companies in the aerospace and energy industries, in the commercial heat treatment industry and in research centres.
ALS Technologies have been the sole representatives for TAV Vacuum Furnaces in this region since 2001, and have undertaken many vacuum furnace projects with TAV in Australia, the Asia-Pacific and even one in the Middle East.

Vitta
Since 1963, Vitta Corporation has been the leading innovator in the field of sealing, coating, and joining products.
We are the world’s leading supplier of nickel based brazing products. Our brazing products are approved by all major aircraft engine manufacturers and many other industry organizations and are certified by NADCAP approved labs.
Vitta brazing materials and powders are used in:

- Fabrication of medical instruments, implants and equipment.
